Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying SpotLift. If it's not right for you, we make it easy to get your money back within the first 7 days.

1. Our 7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SpotLift for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked.

This applies to your first payment on any paid plan (Starter or Growth). It is our way of letting you try SpotLift with zero risk.

2. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Payments after the first 7 days — once the 7-day window has passed, the subscription payment is non-refundable.
  • Renewal payments — monthly renewals after your first billing cycle are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel before your next renewal to avoid being charged.
  • Partial month refunds — we do not offer prorated refunds if you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Agency plan payments — the Agency plan is not eligible for refunds given the nature of bulk access.

3. Always Refunded

Regardless of timing, we will always refund:

  • Accidental double charges — if you were charged twice for the same period due to a technical error
  • Charges after cancellation — if you were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription
  • Service unavailability — if SpotLift was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end

4. How to Request a Refund

Response time: within 2 business days

Please include your registered email address and the date of payment in your request. We will process approved refunds within 5–7 business daysback to your original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking).

5. Cancellation vs Refund

A refund and a cancellation are two different things:

  • Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No money is returned.
  • Refund returns money already paid. Your account will be downgraded to the free plan immediately upon refund approval.

To cancel your subscription, go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click Cancel Plan. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
